IMHO Even if there are severe restrictions on the use of Quantum computers right now — the technology is evolving way too rapidly to not overcome these hurdles. Moore’s Law was surmised on the growth of computing power every 12–18 months based on the increase of transistors per square inch of the chips. The exponential growth of computing power in the last few years alone nullifies this theory.
