The Smart Dubai office approved a Blockchain-Platform-as-a-Service (BPaas) called du by from Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company (EITC) according to a press release. du’s platform will facilitate The Dubai Blockchain Strategy by giving all government entities the freedom to build on a framework of their choice (Ethereum or Hyperledger) based on their business needs on a fully managed, scalable and secure platform with low cost access through a pay as you go model.
